UAC. User. Advisory. Council. Go Team!

In general, anyone who’s ever responded with a courteous “thank you” in response to a support ticket gets a smile and positive, happy bonus points from me. Our User Advisory Council is made up of people who not only remembered to say thank you, but followed up with helpful bugs notes, a healthy dose of good-natured sarcasm, and (too rarely, really) chocolate.

Arts Funding in Crisis: Some Resources to Help

Do you work for an arts-focused organization? If so you are probably feeling the fundraising crunch. For those of you who may be located in the D.C. metro region, the Kennedy Center has announced a program that will "devote significant time and up to $500,000 in expenses to provide emergency planning for fundraising, budgeting, marketing or other strategies" to nonprofits in need.
