We like the Nonprofit Technology Enterprise Network, and not just because we won an iPod at the D.C. N-TEN conference.

And we like Seattle, and not just because my hometown Seahawks are a bona fide contender at last. (No, I know they'll break my heart again. Every Seahawk fan knows that.)

So we're definitely marking our calendars for the 2006 N-TEN national conference in Seattle March 22-24. If you're in that part of the country or have the budget to get there, you might want to weigh in on the agenda planning process by voting for your favorite workshop ideas. If you've never been to an N-TEN, do think about making it. Regardless of whether you approach the space as a techie, an activist, a fundraiser, a consultant ... a couple days at N-TEN will broaden your view of online communications like nothing else.

And it's so heartbreakingly beautiful. Who needs playoff victories?
