Who: Advocates For Children of New Jersey (ACNJ)
Confirmed guest speakers: Sen. M. Teresa Ruiz, Sen. Joe Vitale, Asw. Yvonne Lopez

What: ACNJ will be gathering more than 200 families with infants and toddlers from across the state for Strolling Thunder™ NJ, a rally for babies, as part of the national Think Babies™ campaign. This event calls attention to the importance of the early years and the need to make our young children a state priority.

Where: In front of the State House Annex, 125 W State St, Trenton, NJ

When: Monday, May 21, 11am – 1pm, held rain or shine.*
*Address in case of rain: Trenton War Memorial: 1 W Lafayette St, Trenton, NJ

Why: There are no do-overs in early childhood. From birth to age 3, the brain grows faster than any other point in time, laying the foundation for the rest of a child's life. Strolling Thunder NJ aims to bring attention to what our youngest children need to thrive: quality child care, healthy starts for babies and support for their new parents.
