Shackling of Juveniles in Court Recently, the Working Group on Indiscriminate Shackling of Juveniles in Court recommended a court rule prohibiting the indiscriminate use of restraints on a juvenile during a court proceeding. ACNJ was a member of this work group. Click here to read the report, which has been published for written comments.
