Dear Supporter:

Thank you for registering to attend the first-ever Northwest Jersey Regional Kids Count Forum on June 12 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Raritan Valley Community College. According to our latest New Jersey County Kids Count 2013 data, your area of the state is experiencing an alarming increase in child poverty, which, as you know, harms child well-being.

The forum will bring together key stakeholders to formulate concrete solutions and action steps, while providing information on how to use Kids Count data to secure more resources to meet the growing needs of children in Somerset, Hunterdon, Sussex and Warren counties.

The more people attending, the better chance we have of making a difference for children. So please invite your colleagues and key county leaders to attend this important event. Folks can register online for this free event.

If you need more information, please feel free to contact me at rdorsey@acnj.org or 973-643-3876. Thank you for your assistance and your efforts to help New Jersey’s children.

Sincerely,

Reginald Dorsey
State Outreach Coordinator
