Dr. Tally Kritzman-Amir is currently a lecturer at the Academic Center for Law and Business in Ramat Gan and a Polonsky Postdoctoral Fellow at The Van Leer Jerusalem Institute, where she specializes in refugee, immigration, and international law. She received her LLB and PhD from Tel Aviv University, with her thesis on "Socio-Economic Refugees." Dr. Kritzman-Amir was a Hauser Research scholar at NYU Law School and a Fox International Fellow at Yale University. She also received the Fulbright fellowship and the Yad Hanadiv fellowship, as well as several prestigious awards -- including the Wolf prize for PhD candidates and the Cegla prize for best student paper. Dr. Kritzman-Amir clerked for Justice (Ret.) Mishael Cheshin at the Israeli Supreme Court and has been a member of the Israeli bar since 2004.





Professor Stacy Caplow serves as the director of the Law School’s Clinical Education Program. She teaches criminal law and several immigration courses, and co-directs the Safe Harbor Project. She is a Steering Committee Member for the Judge Robert A. Katzmann New York Immigrant Representation Study Group, a Member of the pro se panel, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and a Peer Reviewer for the U.S. Fulbright Commission, Law Discipline group. Professor Caplow served as Special Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Civil Division in the Eastern District of New York, and as Director of Training and Chief of the Criminal Court Bureau in the Kings County District Attorney's Office. She was also a staff attorney with the Legal Aid Society.
