You probably know that we on the Salsa team create many different built-in system reports. Up until now, to access those reports, it's been necessary to drop them onto your dashboard.

But I'm pleased to, ah, report that we've simplified the process of browsing and using those reports.

You may have already noticed that we've added slick new update messages, like the image at right, in the Salsa headquarters.

It looks like our helpdesk provider, Zendesk, is experiencing problems routing email ticket submissions today. Unfortunately, until they resolve the issue, we're not receiving support questions sent by email.

But you can still send in support questions!

Thanks to the Salsa headquarters integration with Zendesk, you can submit support inquiries by logging into your Salsa account as a campaign manager.

Once there, just look for the "support" link in the upper right-hand corner of your headquarters.

We're sorry about any inconvenience. It sounds like Zendesk should have this problem straightened out soon.

Last week, we told you we were moving support services to Zendesk.

I'm delighted to report the transition has gone swimmingly so far! Hopefully, if you've submitted a support request during that time, you agree.

Headquarters Integration

Now that we've migrated, we're adding in some of Zendesk's great bells and whistles. This week, please direct your attention to the bug submission form now integrated into the Salsa headquarters.

A great example of using Salsa's flexibility to customize a campaign headquarters' look and feel comes courtesy of Evolve Strategies. The setup in this case is by a consulting shop giving its client a one-screen overview of how its action is proceeding. Yeah, yeah. We've heard you. All of you. You want your own, customized, slice of DIA heaven. You loathe having to share you preferences with others in your office. Sharing is not caring in your book. Instead you have a rugged sense of individualism. We know. You are a special and unique snowflake. Well, we listened. Not only did we listen (and listen and listen and listen) but we did something about it. Salsa is about you. All about you. You and your needs. We can wait for our needs until our Guacamole release is ready.
