Engaging your Supporters through Supporter Management

Get cozy with supporter management at our July in-person training.  A Salsa Labs Specialist will teach you how to organize and get to know your supporter data during the first hour. During the second hour, one of our awesome super users will offer strategic tips on how to take those supporter relationships to the next level!

4:00-5:00 pm -- Supporter Management -- Trina Zahller, Salsa Labs Training Specialist, will walk you through the best Salsa practices for organizing and engaging your supporters.

5:00-6:00 pm -- Strategy --  Royelen Boykie, Director of Digital Strategy at Food and Water Watch, will remind us how to engage our supporters and foster relationships using her expertise in online dating and Salsa.  From the first email introduction to asking for the first donation (or date!), Royelen will offer tips for communication that will keep your supporters interested.

We're located in the same building as the Starbucks on the corner of Connecticut & R NW (just two blocks up Connecticut from the north exit of the DuPont Circle metro station). Just duck down R Street, enter through the door between Starbucks and Teaism, and come up to the third floor.
