Third Thursday In-person workshop

Salsa Actions and Social Media
May 20, 2010, 4-6:00 pm Eastern

Come to the Salsa Labs offices to learn how to make your online actions social media friendly. It will be a two-part training series where you'll learn to create an online action with a Salsa Labs Support Specialist during the first hour. Then, during the second hour, you'll hear from one of Salsa's shining stars on how she integrates her actions with different social media applications. Read more below.

4:00-5:00 pm -- Actions -- James Dasinger, Salsa Support and Actions Specialist, will teach you how to create a targeted action and petition. If there is time he will go into multi-content targeted actions and LTEs as well.

5:00-6:00 pm -- Strategy --  Anne Dougherty, Director of Online Communications at Clean Water Action and a member of Salsa's User Advisory Council, will share some great tips on making your Actions more Facebook, Twitter, and Google Buzz friendly, as well as some best practices for location restricted actions and tell-a-friend pages.

**Please note - This is an in-person training at the Salsa Labs offices in Washington, DC.
