Film/Discussion in Honor of Yom Yerushalayim

In honor of Yom Yerushalayim (Jerusalem Day), we invite you to a casual evening of film, food, and conversation about our own relationships to Jerusalem and some of the most interesting – and worrying – policy debates and decisions that are underway.

Join us in Brooklyn on Wednesday, May 8th from 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm at the home of Ilana Sichel, a former NIF/SHATIL Social Justice Fellow. During her fellowship year, Ilana worked for Ir Amim (“City of Nations” or "City of People"), which seeks to render Jerusalem a more viable and equitable city for the Israelis and Palestinians who share it.

The evening will include a selection from Ir Amim's Jerusalem Moments Film Project, which selects Israeli and Palestinian directors to create films addressing the reality of life in Jerualem.
