The National Consumer Voice for Quality Care (Consumer Voice) invites you to stop by our booth during the Pioneer Conference in Louisville next week.
We would like to talk with you about enhancing your resident and family councils, and engaging residents and families in person-centered care.
As Consumer Voice hosts the National Ombudsman Resource Center (NORC), we will also talk to you about the Ombudsman Program and how they work to promote quality care and quality of life for residents in long-term care facilities.
We look forward to visiting with you in Louisville!
The Consumer Voice is the leading national voice representing consumers in issues related to long-term care, helping to ensure that consumers are empowered to advocate for themselves.
