National Consumer Voice for Quality Long-Term Care

The National Consumer Voice for Quality Care (Consumer Voice) invites you to stop by our booth during the Pioneer Conference in Louisville next week.

We would like to talk with you about enhancing your resident and family councils, and engaging residents and families in person-centered care.

As Consumer Voice hosts the National Ombudsman Resource Center (NORC), we will also talk to you about the Ombudsman Program and how they work to promote quality care and quality of life for residents in long-term care facilities.

We look forward to visiting with you in Louisville!


The Consumer Voice is the leading national voice representing consumers in issues related to long-term care, helping to ensure that consumers are empowered to advocate for themselves. We are a primary source of information and tools for consumers, families, caregivers, advocates and Ombudsmen to help ensure quality care for the individual.

NORC provides support, technical assistance, and training to the 53 State Long-Term Care Ombudsman Programs and their statewide networks of almost 600 regional (local) programs. Funded by the Administration on Aging (AoA), the Center is operated by the National Consumer Voice for Quality Long-Term Care, in cooperation with the National Association of States United for Aging and Disabilities (NASUAD).
