As 2011 comes to a close, the Pension Rights Center wishes you a happy new year and thanks you for your support this year.

For 35 years, our role has been to protect and promote retirement security by helping people enforce their legal rights, close gaps in the law that deny them their expected benefits, and fight for policies to preserve, enhance, and expand their retirement plans.

In 2012 we will continue our day-to-day legal assistance and public policy efforts to ensure that American workers and their families have a secure retirement. With your support, we also plan to launch a new Retirement Accountability Project and convene a Retirement Security Summit.

By supporting the Pension Rights Center and its work, you will help ensure that those who have earned pension, 401(k), and other retirement plan benefits receive the full amounts they are due, and that the retirement concerns of working Americans and retirees will continue to be heard loud and clear in Washington.
