Net Neutrality "Senate Map"

09:30 AM Jul 12, 2006

In a neat marriage of topicality for this blog, SaveTheInternet has published a map of where the votes in the Senate break down on net neutrality.  Click on your state, find where your Senators stand, get their office phone and read from a script.

[offer does not apply to the District of Columbia, but that's a separate blog]

Looks like custom Ajax, pulling declared stances and suggested phone scripts from their own database and the Senators' photos from a Capwiz resource library.  Very nice page.

And the tally (as of this writing) is four "waffling," 64 "unknown."  Lot of fingers still testing the wind.
