This one slipped past my podcast net when it was fresh a couple of weeks ago, but the BBC World Service documentary series produced a compelling program scrutinizing Bernie Madoff's trail of dirty money from gated Florida enclaves to wrongfully convicted prisoners ... and the uncertain liability of charitable foundations and the nonprofits they funded in the wreckage of Madoff's stunning scam.
