Women servicemembers who have experienced sexual trauma while in the military deserve the best treatment possible and the opportunity to pursue justice. That’s why we’ve introduced the Support for Survivors Act.

This legislation would ensure that all documentation connected to a case of sexual trauma is stored for life by the Department of Defense, providing women who report an assault important information they need to seek both care and justice.
