The authors of "The Jersey Sting," have released surveillance video to The Star-Ledger showing Third Ward Councilman Michael Russo meeting with FBI informant Solomon Dwek.
The book claims that Russo agreed to take $5,000 from Dwek. Russo never took the money and did not have contact with Dwek after their meeting.
Russo has said that no bribe was ever discussed, but the video shows there was a discussion over a monetary exchange.
